I have enjoyed living and working on the Central Coast since the 1990s. After the completion of my specialist training in Sydney, Newcastle, and Townsville, I returned to the Coast in 2004 and have maintained my skillsets in both our public and private hospitals. Outside of the operating theatre, I am involved in the supervision of clinical audits, and the mentorship of junior doctors in their scholarly activities. I have also been a conjoint lecturer for the University of Newcastle where I am involved in medical student selections.
